Windstorm insurance problems for coastal residents and business'

The problems are not over. The SC Windstorm Association has recently increased rates and expect rates for insurance any property in coastal areas to increase significantly in the next few years. This is really not fair considering the fact insurance companies are reaping large profits from the lack of hurricanes the past 2 years. Some homeowners and businessowners are having trouble finding coverage. I'll try to help.
